We
are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The
actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your
order is placed, weather conditions, and the distance from Kiev or Odessa. Our
delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process
orders.
Delivery
Area We deliver to most cities and towns in Ukraine, Moldova and all former
Soviet Union. If your city is not present in the list below, please contact us
by email and we will tell you whther
we can deliver to the city of your interest. The major served cities:
Delivery
fee in cities/towns varies from $4.99 to $29.95 depending on the location. You can learn a delivery fee, advance ordering requirements and other information for any city in Ukraine by visiting local florist city pages:
All orders less than $30 total are subject to minimum total fee of $30 for any item ordered with total less than $30 + destination delivery fee.
Delivery
Status You may inquire into the status of any existing order by contacting
customer service by e-mail at info@flowerstoukraine.com.
Please have your order number available for prompt service. If we have any difficulties
with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.
Please,
allow a minimum of 2 business days to process the delivery. Nevertheless, In large
cities, like Kiev and Odessa, next-day delivery is available Monday through Saturday
on orders received before 8:00 a.m. Kiev time (GMT +2) excluding holidays and
peak floral delivery periods. Orders received after 12:00 noon in the recipient's
time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. We cannot guarantee delivery
on Sunday and legal holidays. Please make sure that your order information is
accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays.
Order
Delivery Times We make our deliveries during normal business hours and
later hours (9 AM to 11 PM). However, we will be unable to guarantee delivery
requests for a specific time or within an hourly range. Requests may be taken
for either an AM or PM delivery, but they can not be guaranteed.
We call the recipient
first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is not at home at the time
of delivery, the we may choose to:
Leave
the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating
who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.
Leave
a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop
and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
If the recipient
is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete
or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.
Holiday
Delivery Information Due to increased volume of floral and gift orders
being delivered during peak holiday periods, most florists require flexible delivery
dates during these times. For this reason we cannot offer same-day or next-day
delivery during the following major floral holiday periods: Christmas, New Year's
Eve, Orthodox Christmas, Valentine's Day, Women's Day and Easter.
